Drafting and presentation of municipal and/or departmental building applications, such as CILA, SCIA, SCIA as an alternative to the PDC, recovery plans etc...., in compliance with Presidential Decree 380/2001 and related regional and municipal implementations. Specifically, where the project envisages the opening of such activities, Studio Mariani prepares a specific team, aimed at the drafting, presentation and management of the necessary practices and requests, starting from urban planning, building and cadastral ones, in compliance with, not only of the current urban planning and construction legislation, as well as of the Regulations and/or Resolutions, which legislate in this case the relevant type of activity, be it commercial, tourist, hotel and non-hotel accommodation or administration.


In addition to the necessary urban planning, building, cadastral and civil engineering practices, as well as the appropriate opening licences, the drafting and presentation of the request for authorization to install signs and/or application for concession of permanent public land, for outdoor installation, is envisaged. serving food and drink establishments.
